 Crew of the ship Le Christophe weighing 70 tons, owned and armed by sieurs Durand Bruschet et Jean Bernyer merchants and middle-class men of La Rochelle
under command of  du master and pilot Gluille Le Gludic of Pel Proux Bretagne
bound for the Newfoundland to fish and to bring back wood an other profits
 

Departed La Rochelle after April 14,1535

 

The ship is equipped with food, artillery, cables, anchors and all other needs for a crew of 22 men,
 fishermen and mariniers including the captain.
