" Crew of the ship "Le Rubis" built in 1740 at La Rochelle weighting 500/700 Tons draughting ....feet loaded -- feet unloaded -- feet, 2 decks, a poop.
Owned and armed by the King to La Rochelle under the command of
the Marquis de La Saussaye captain bound for Quebec.
Departed La Rochelle June 10, 1740
A serious illness onboard killed a number of crew and passengers both onboard as well as in the hospitals of Quebec. The dead are marked in this list with a cross.

Helped by
